Blue Cross of Idaho will lay off more than 100 employees following the loss of a contract with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
Blue Cross President and CEO Paul Zurlo sent a company-wide email Thursday obtained by BoiseDev announcing 135 positions will be impacted.
