Don’t even bother with this place Hiring managers and HR both don’t even know if they will have jobs. This place has one of the worst workplace environments. Just don’t apply. If you do get in. You will be forced to work with poor managers to support their mandate. The managers here don’t coach. They just look to hire someone to take their fall
It is more often the hiring managers who post jobs that either don't exist or they have no intention of filling because they already have someone in mind for the job (usually an un or under qualified resource who is a friend, former coworker or relative). It happens with internal and external postings. The whole process is a sham.
