Start a YouTube channel and make daily videos on all the stuff going on at the company, share all the dirt you get in emails, town halls, meetings. Expose the he-l out the company. Get people to come on your channel that have actually taken the offer and talk about that. Bet you could make more from social media than you can working here.
Whether I get the axe or not I am sitting back and enjoying watching this ship sink. With all the offshore (that we trained to do our jobs) that don't even know how healthcare works, what it is, or understand basic healthcare services and even if they did get a 6% raise (which probably comes out to PENNIES with what they pay them) the company will quickly self destruct and I will be quite satisfied seeing it.
I went from consistent 4’s the last 8 years to a 3 even though my team has been cut and we are taking on more and more responsibilities. We were told not to expect anything more than a 3 going forward. Got a 1% raise and bonuses have been taken away. Offshore continues to be treated like royalty, so I guess we’ve got that going for us. 🙄🤬

Plus they give promotions to undeserving people over seas giving them titles I have never even heard of in my 15+ years at the cr-p hole. Our entire US staff that use to get 4 and 5 now are 3 and 2’s. They want us gone but they don’t have the ba--s to do it as they know it would fall apart is the US based team was eliminated. I have nothing against the folks in India as they found a way to make money off stupid US company’s and as alway the id--ts at the top fall for it hook line and sinker. The only reason they keep us here is to support the government systems the folks in India are not allowed to touch. Laughable and F you Optum you sc-mbags!
The off shore workers get more than the US counterparts get. They have a 13 month salary guarantee, they get raises twice a year, they get pto plus , they receive differential pay and night pay even if they are salary, they get a bonus, they get time and a half even if they are salary . That 12000 a year cost the company plus all the fines the company incurs for them. They also get hired the same day and are offered a paid college education.
They also got market adjustments. At least the team I work with did. An extra 10% on top of merit.
What's the annual inflation rate this year?
My 1.5% is still more than 6% on a 12k annual Mumbai Salary. And I am 10x more responsive.

Company is giving us the middle finger. Problem is too many of us (me included) sit here and take it.
I'm planning on retiring in a year, so that is my reason for "taking it". Until more people leave they will keep giving us the shaft.
