my mom’s losing her job and so are so many of her friends who are the ones supporting their families. but what do people in philadelphia care about? what’s gonna happen to the wanamaker organ? i don’t give a flying fu-k about that damn thing! people should matter more than things. not giving a damn about humans is why we’re stuck in this mess in the first place.

I am deeply concerned about the Wanamaker organ and I live in Baltimore. It's a national treasure.

Well, I get the anger and frustration that your mom is losing her job 1000%, it’s never easy at all and I send positive vibes that your mom is able to find gainful employment soon. I seriously doubt people in Philly of all places are throwing parties because of store closures and the Center City store at that.
But at the same time are you aware of the significance of the Wanamaker Organ and the Eagle and how deeply embedded they are to the fabric of Downtown Philly and the culture of Philly at large?
We can have care and concern for all things.
Even non Philadelphians understand the cultural significance to the Organ, the Eagle, and the Wanamaker Building itself.
