Thread regarding PayPal layoffs

what is PayPal allocation process?

I got an mail from a recruiter that they got positive feedback from the team and are working on the allocation process. Is this allocation process team matching process?
How much time does it take for allocation process?

Just don’t. PayPal is no longer a good employer. As a long time PayPal employee (since the eBay split), I have regrettably believed in PayPal and I have defended them for many years. I regret my stance now.

The new PayPal CEO is ok with blind sighting faithful employees and also not honoring anything related to diversity inclusion. I could not be more disappointed. Alex is ok with putting faithful and productive employees who have had a perfect track record on a “performance review” without any warning and to rob them of their stock compensation. For many years I believed in PayPal. What is crazy is that the 5 percent “needs improvements” requirement isn’t weighted to each department. One department could have zero percent requirement yet another department is required to put 40 or more percent or more as “needs improvement” even though no one deserves it. Not fair. It is not what you do. It is who you know with PayPal.
