Some stuff with the FTC. And since CT's fiscal year ends in April, they are just going to align those dates.
Why has the sale been delayed?
Get-Go sale delay has caused a delay in "what's coming". The CT fiscal year ends in April, so look for the next steps to wait till we're closer to that date. Probably another week or 2...as it requires $$ to do this.
