Management levels at Boeing prevent any kind of initiative... It is not the culture, it is the bureaucracy. Boeing needs to reduce the layers of management and ensure that those who manage are true leaders not being afraid to take on initiatives.
Fear is not leadership.Meaningful change in anything takes true trust in your leadership and surroundings. I will have to uncheck both for Boeing. Everyone knows these toxic leaders are still among us. If you still see the same bad players then you understand real change is fictitious.
