This week yes. I believe they have holi - festival of colors this week. Might as well experience it first hand.
Wow are they still doing this? I left the company years ago (mutual...they didn't want me anymore nor did I want them..lol), but anyway...I remember speaking to people out of Oldsmar back in the 08/09 days when Tata was first unleashed on Florida by Habib and co. and the horror stories I heard from employees that were forced to go to India for months at a time to train the "robots" were terrible. I think Chennai is the city that comes to mind. I guess you were a kid in your 20s looking to explore the world, it would have been maybe cool...but these were folks in their 40s/50s with families at home. Just awful.
No. It’s a stupid long flight to train the person who will replace you and you get to be unemployed instead? Stick up for what you believe in and the life you deserve
yes, if all expenses paid, and then I'd quit the day after coming back.
