I am wondering with all the changes in BH CM when we will be cut. Now the are trying to recruit for people to work call queues and IEX is back although they try to gas light us into saying it's to ensure people are taking their lunches and not working more than 40 hours...yeah right ...

yeah, that's total bs. The amount of hourly employees that take more than their allotted lunch times offset those that don't by alot-- I'd be interested to see those numbers in fact.
What changes are occurring in BHCM or do you mean Care Advocacy?
With new Behavioral business form AbleTo and Refresh (group practices) - there are lot of opportunities for independently licensed clinicians- I would encourage you to apply to other roles both internally and externally.
