Had a union buddy tell me Boeing has informed the union there will be first round layoffs in April. Time to buckle up! Pay raise was nice while it lasted.

I think it is quite before the storm. I have heard that the second round of layoffs will start sometime in April followed by a third round later in the year, followed by management layoff at the end of the year. I do not know anything else. It could be just rumors. However, if you think about it, the layoffs happened only in a few states in the USA. I think there will be more international layoffs, IAM layoffs, and more selling of units that are not essential to Boeing... But, I have been wrong before.
