Leadership engages in favoritism, lack of communication and incompetent practices in a climate of fear. Promotions based on favoritism not merit. Layoffs are random. HR will not respond to your issues, don't even bother complaining. I expressed my concerns and now I am the perceived problem. Ethics line does not work either as their investigation will be done with 3M HR that is assigned to investigations dept. They will tell you the investigaters are independent, that is a lie.
We all are floating in this toxic environment, low morale, lack of career growth and disengagement. High turnover and no hope. Benefits being shaved away every quarter. Maybe I will be job eliminated. That would be the best.
