3% raise and $21,000 bonus
I got the same as you did.
Meanwhile KL got a 20 million bonus
Your lucky / my increase was 2% and bonus was only 30%_ a whopping 1000. Prior to this year lowest bonus o ever saw was 5500… this was a joke. They required to take 45% so a col hundred bucks
Advice if you are done and concerned about these upcoming rumored mass layoffs.
Find somone on linkedin to write your resume and optimize your linkedin profile. The rates are all over the place, but you can find people for under $500 to do both. Even if you don't go elsewhere, recruiters in boxing you will salaries 20k to 80k higher is eye opening.
Take the awful bonus and invest in yourself. This company and it's leadership from LD on up will only get it once they can't answer for a mass exodus.
Your goals are set to get 3s. I have overheard Directors admit that goals are rigged to support certain people.
Rated 3, raise 2.75% and bonus of $1000. Total compensation this year is only a couple hundred dollars more than last year's total comp. I give up.
Yep, paultey 2.5 % here- I never call in and I always surpass my metrics. As the poster said below, the job market is going to su-k even more than it did before with the billionaire who was never voted into office (Elon) firing everyone. Don't forget our 401k's are tanking as well. The last time the peons got a little bonus was when the McDonald's workers were demanding $15 an hour couple of years ago and we got a bump up for a dollar or so. CVS ain't going to do anything until they're forced to.
Same here. I've always been 4s until the last 2 years. Then sup said they were only allowed to give high as a 3 rating even though you may exceed in every category. Also used to get a bonus- no more either. Been with the company over 10 years. Throughout the pandemic always grateful to have a job- okay now, we've hung in there but still no monetary appreciation. Now there's the Trump/Elon BS firing Federal/govt workers for no cause. I'm getting tired of just being grateful to have a job and working my a** off.
Was told today that my manager was only allowed to give 25% of my team a 4 rating. Got a 3, less than 100% for individual performance. Been a 4 since 2018 and 100%-150% performance since 2008. The company undoubtedly is low balling high performers.
nada. nothing here too. no raise and no bonus. does that mean I got an entry into the layoff list.
No.
This is question for anyone who got laid off in 2024. Did anyone get any communication on their bonus?
@dm+1jnp33ed0 assuming you meant ₹19,485 bonus.
I'm not sure what company you all are working for but I received a promotion along with an 8% merit and $19,485 bonus.
They are selling the company
Pathetic 2.5% and 2300 bonus. 15 years with the company and this is how they treat us.
I got a HJ and a bottom pat
similar. 3% increase, 5k bonus.
All the financial letdown, constant fear of rounds of layoffs, and brain drain of talent being let go.....how are they really expecting us to give even more effort this year than previous years to make up for their poor running of the company?
Don't.
I worked on large important things within my team. Busted my a-s for a promotion years ago. The rewards and credit were given to friends and other team members. No promotion. No increase. No reward. Laid off last year.
You're damed either way.
Don't forget to take that lump sum taxes out of your bonus for net.
The rich get richer.
12% merit, $17,563 in bonus after tax..
It is becoming increasingly difficult to continue to go above an beyond in our roles.
I enjoy working with my immediate team. With that said, this will be 2nd year in a row where my overall comp (bonus + salary) will be lower than the previous year.
This isn't even taking into account the large increases of benefit costs OR the surcharge per paycheck they take due to my spouse getting benefits through cvs vs her job.
Add in the inflation of the past couple of years, and it's an ugly picture.

I did not receive a performance rating or a salary increase from my supervisor, and I'm not eligible for a bonus either. Despite my salary being below the poverty line, I manage to provide for my family of three children and put food on the table.
Someday, I hope an employer will recognize my value and offer me a salary that allows my family to live comfortably.
Mine was exactly the same, but bonus $30 less than yours. I guess we have to appreciate any bonus at all…
