Is the percentage standard across everyone or does it vary by performance?
I received 2% but I am curious to hear if anyone received more.

I still believe we can find a CEO and the two new board members in Pune for a relative bargain and they will likely do less damage to the company.
Lol that’s not sarcasm. The increases in Pune which I saw were all double digit %. Cost out there is becoming comparable with the UK in the mid to higher grades. Throwing into question Murray’s whole BTC gamble
@1pp+1jnp1yb7g I see the sarcasm there
P&O, Pune TSI India, Grade G, 12% . Joined in Sep 2024.
G, P&O Projects, US, 4%
- 5 %, my manager said he divided it equally among his team (less than 5 people) based on the budget he was given. My colleagues confirmed they got the same ...very disheartening and depressing.
@13q.... I was shown what my grade range was for my position when I first hired on.
How do you know percent in grade??
Bpx, 6.5%,G. I'm now in the 95% of my grade though. Next year I'm most likely going to get the shaft.
Where do I find the country budget for the UK?
4%. P&O, uk based!
UK Technology Grade G - 4%
How much H and G getting paid?
us, h, 3%, low but i know my salary is an outlier in my grade
US. P&O. I-Grade 4.02%
US Based, P&O, Level H, 5%, plus ACB uplift.
If you got less than the country budget (4% in the US) then ask your manager why. It’s most likely because you are higher in your pay range than others in the team. If it’s performance you should have been told that.
- 5% , grade G, P&O
Country budget in US (non-retail) was 4%. If you got less it was probably based on performance.
US-based G here, I got 4%
My buddy in my org is an H and got 4% as well. We’re in P&O
In Poland it's around 4%. Which is ridiculous. The inflation is around 5 to 6%, but, what is more imporant, the growth of average salary in the economy is over 10% y/y.
And it's yet another year, where our raises are single digit, while the average salary growth in the country is double digit (and when the inflation is significantly higher than raise)
By purchasing power, we are earning significantly less than a couple of years ago. (if you take 2020 as baseline - around 25% less).
At the same time the company increases dividents.
I hope the entire global LT gets fired soon.
inflation in usa was 2.9 and raise pool was 4 so basicaly no raise
Seems low. Country budget I think was close to 4% but they adjust partly for performance and position in range.
In the annual report published today it said the average was 4% across the company
Its based on the budget of the department/section. Within that it isnt equal across the board, but line managers have a tiny bit of room to adjust up/down. Lower end of 2-3% range is now normal. 4% is really an outlier.
I was in c&p last year and got 2%, was in P&O before, I think it's area dependent. I would check with some finance colleagues. The rationale for me was "you came from p&o and you're paid more than your peers in c&p, so this is the best you can get." Which I don't know how true that was.
G level. 3%
That's disheartening.. I'm a finance, H, USA. I'm trying to figure out if I got jipped.
Technology, H, 4%, US based
Similar numbers to a colleague in ST&S.
