Thread regarding Frontier Communications Corp. layoffs

Thoughts on ticket manipulation?

Lots of customers complaining FTR CSR won't make them trouble tickets anymore. Anyone else seeing this?

Yep, that’s happening everywhere because they were told not to create tickets for Truck rollouts because they’re trying to save money and make it look like they are not spending money on repairs so Verizon walks in with their eyes closed. It’s a shame that is what they’re doing also, I feel they are trying to get rid of customers in certain areas such as copper areas because they don’t want to deal with it. Absolutely it’s happened. Shame on Frontier management for allowing this.

Would not create a ticket for slow speeds. Told them to pick up their sh-t. Went with tds. Ftr keeps sending me a bill told them their stuff is on the porch.

I have customers calling me they saying they won't create tickets for them or talk on how hard it is to actually get one created. They also have mentioned how the tech never showed up for the apt and that the ticket canceled for some reason.
