I just got hired on for wellmed…. This better not be true
This explains why upper management is hurrying to complete certain projects that normally would take additional months to complete. There has been a large restructure in I.T. at WellMed, some of which would not make sense unless layoffs were incoming. The restructure has not been officially announced, but my management has gone dark. Multiple people are talking about being ignored, not included in meetings, very unprofessional.
I doubt anyone is being silly or putting their head in the sand if they are on this site.
thats right 'stop being silly' put your head in the sand. 'this is fine'
So this doesn’t include home and community/Landmark
Optum->Optum Health -> OptumCare-> South regions. So all of Texas and Florida under WellMed, Usmd, Optum Florida and bunch of smaller acquisitions.
Who is optum health south?
I heard the same. Giving tenured execs the option to retire instead too. It’s gonna hurt
Stop being silly. That would be massive and over 13,000 employees let go. No organization wants that focus put on them.
