This was the lady right?

Crazy woman. Made a mockery of people's technical skills.
Agenda-driven with her own objectives in mind.
Never should have been brought into the organisation in the first place
Clearly pulled a fast one to get hired and to stay for as long as she did
Awful leader. Brought very little to the company except her own selfish promotion of her personal projects
She was a fake and a fraud and a phony
Everyone saw past her DEI and buzzwords
Good riddance to that crazy bird
She was horrific. Total con artist.
Who was this person?
She's either some mythical evil villain, based on some accounts
Or she was a nobody according to others
Why was she so polarizing?
Who has the true story here?
@3a3+1jnns2eyf You’re describing many of the HR leaders we’ve had over the years when you describe her as unapproachable and off-putting. The unnatural fixation of this thread on this one individual seems to have a racist tone in my opinion. She’s left the company. People need to move on.
She was unapproachable and off putting, unless you were one of her sycophants around the world. Everyone eventually caught on and got sick of her phony act. Never had any feel for our industry, customers, or solutions. Never should have been brought into the organisation in the first place.
She once fumbled her way thru an "all.hands" event here in Dublin
Embarrassedly awful
Did this person even exist?
Few people know of her based on other posts here
Where was she based? Harlem USA?
You do realise, the same can be said for most of these HR types. I joined the call recently for new performance management roll out…..all fluff and word salad, not providing any substantive meaning, very poor but expected. The opportunity was there to have 30 min global call, giving hard hitting facts and benefits followed by a one pager doc for reference, I left the call in frustration, utter nonsense. What world are these non thinking HR types living on?
For those that don't know, this was the absolutely crazy lady.
She spoke in circles and rattled off terrible metaphors that were atrocious
Her fashion sense was horrific. Looked like an ostrich with terrible grooming
TH was here for 3 reasons:
DEFICIENT
EMBARRASING
INADEQUATE
Fortunately, someone was smart enough to see past her fluff and now she's history
Good riddanc
Count me in as another person who has NO CLUE who this lady is/was
But in reading the other comments, it appears that she was completely awful
Well, to be honest, i think Traci is mostly a DEI hire. a color female HR executive appear in every major HCM events… Now Gina is younger , more experienced , and much better with customers, there is no reason for a DEI hire to stay.
Count me in too as someone who never heard of this person
Where was she based?
This is now the case of development managers unfortunately. I’ve got friends in the Signavio organisation and they’re creating an entire layer of development managers with no development experience. They’re called People Leads and their only job is to be a proxy between the developers and managers. Slowly SAP is moving away from giving developers the opportunity to be a manager and bringing in more and more HR managers instead.
Traci was never the CHRO. Traci was at worst in the background and ineffective, but the HR org was also sc--wed up thanks to then CHRO Sabine Bendiek (why does no one talk about her??). You can blame performance management on Gina and the new people she brought on. Don't really understand the Traci hate. There are lots of ineffective leaders at SAP.
Finally a good news :)
@p3+1jnns2eyf She was not Dev. She was an HR person who was brought into this company for one reason only. And then was tossed aside.
I have been with SAP for over 10 years . I never ever heard of this person . WOW
So from Seems like she was here for one reason only
And I don't think it was her knowledge of ABAP, SaaS or any other SAP Solution!
Very interested to see if she finds another job, now the DEI has been proven to be a dismal failure.
Someone posted that she left the organization, then that post got removed from this forum. The initial post said something like "T. Hughes left SAP a week ago" or something like that. This was a repost asking what happened to that post and to her?
For those who don't know who she is, Traci was the CHRO/Global HR person that began all of these performance management pushes and was the architect in the deterioration of working conditions and pay at SAP. And no, we don't hate her because she is "DEI", it was because she turned this company into a nightmare to work at.
I cannot comment on any trolls
Whilst that it another topic for another day, I am just looking for the punch line here.
Who is/was this person?
It seems like our resident troll is looking for attention again. Traci is just one of his very unhealthy fixations. #antideidouchebag
What does this mean?
"This was the lady, right?"
What is the context here?
She was laid off. Otherwise she would have announced her last day in a positive manner.
Other departments are also being evaluated for their headcounts for Q1 2025. So expect more layoffs for Q1 and Q2 2025. Start applying NOW!
Who?
It was time to move along and change the mascot.
