Funny seeing all these very high raises posted when HR said everyone gets 1.25% regardless of performance.

OMG, the only thing the employees get is a bad promise for something next year, we were told we should be happy to have a job most years.
The only way to get more money is lie on your time sheet, or kiss the bosses butt, maybe your manager will like you enough they adds OT to your pay check to keep you.
Lotta dirty things happening to get that money, one way or another.
I get the frustration, but we didn't hit our commitments. I can understand it from the ELT's perspective.
5% raise and a 105% individual bonus on a 45% corporate bonus.
The stock is 10$, rises lol.
The only rises get top management, others will be fired, the work moved to India and the projects are destroyed and full of junk code.
