DEI will be back in 4 years.
Please explain how DEI was a great idea. You so many corporations actively getting away from it. It was a failed plan from the beginning. So if it was so great, then why are so many getting away from it? You had story after story of companies denying employment to very qualified individuals in favor of the physical appearances of much less qualified individuals. Go ask Bud Light how the DEI worked out for them. The concept of the DEI initiative was alright, but the execution of it fell way short. You cannot just hire individuals based on their physical appearance or characteristics for a job that requires actual knowledge of the work needed. DEI is going away, so you better get used to that real soon. The only reason a lot of companies jumped on that bandwagon in the beginning was to help their own image, stock price, and also because everyone else was doing it as well. It was only after the DEI initiatives started failing that companies started pulling out of it. Big corporations needs more leaders, not followers! Think about it!
