If any of the nurses are affected by this new rule that they want you to be licensed in the state you live in order to do your job post on here. They cannot just put you verbally on administrative leave without pay if you’re interested on a class action Lawsuit post here.

Nurses are required to have a license in the state where they live & work.
Even if they telecommute.
This is not a new concept.
It’s been a requirement for decades.
Did they not give you advance warning and time to obtain it? I guess I am confused. I am a RN but don't work with patients and haven't heard anything about this?
