Is there any other leader in hpe who can step up to take control or are they all built the same? Some companies turn to the cfo\finance or technology leaders to run the company.

Ah yes. The infamous words of, “I’m proud of our momentum/what we accomplished.” or something on the lines of that. Then there’s another reorganization shortly thereafter. Everyone gets the email about leadership changes and you’re always like, “Why do I need to know this? It never affects my work.”
