OP you’re either stupid or delusional that you’re smart enough to fool others. None of these are actually considered in CVS. Especially IT. That's firing, not layoffs. Mass layoffs are financial decisions based on money.
People laid off in October had duplicate roles for example.LDs reporting to LDs for example. Consolidation of work and reorgs. Sometimes it's due to favoritism too.
