Can you be fired (no package) if you refuse RTO?
That is, I go in 2-3 days a week, and still complete all my responsibilities and go above and beyond to meet up with the India team at 6:30am. My people leader threatens to fire me. This is engineering.

If you are in EMEA, no.
Of course they can. That’s the whole point of the RTO order. To thin the ranks.
As for Boomers being unable to Google, in legal matters your foolish to take advice from a search engine over a real lawyer.

If you live in an at will state they can fire you for any/no reason.
