As individual workers, we are powerless to the pay inequality we experience, sitting and watching as VPs and CEOs give themselves substantial pay increases, leaving us to fight for scraps. Unionized labor is the only real world, proven model that will protect us from the constant fleecing from the MJs of the world. Protection from people like Justin Hotard, who come into the company to layoff people, pay themselves and then leave. What do we really have left to lose?
