Are there really auditors going around to each location to see where they are able to cut?

We had 3 auditors in Tulsa last week that looked like they just graduated high school.

There’s some going through the Southwest Division this month.
I use to be a manager at this place. The real estate dept has a small team that goes around and does this for one. (example) We were on our Territory and we saw a gas meter going to one of the building's we were leasing out. We checked to see who was paying and we were paying for the gas for 20 years straight. Turned it off right away lol.
Second when I was on the tail end of going back to the craft.... Each manager/director level has to find out things to cut perminatly. we get an exceeds target or far exceeds target on our bonus for finding stuff to cut. I.E. we got rid of 6 crossovers on our territory before we put in PTC. This saved millions of dollars and the managers got a exceeds bonus for that year. (Needs inprovement -5% bonus-----On target was whatever the ICP was for that year (this year 50%) Exceeds bonus is +5% of ICP----Far exceeds was +10%)
Cut Team was just in a location I was at just recently. They had cell phones going across tracks. Employee brought it up to The FLS and the FLS said... we will not approach them becasue we might be cut next if we pi-s them off. Its sad... its not right... I hope they don't cut any shops and have contractors do the work.
