Where is that man that had racial slurs said against him? Can he respond to this with his email?
I’m interested in putting together a class action lawsuit from employees at Nielsen.
I’m wondering if he responds (and others) who faced retaliation from Nielsen after raising concerns. I unfortunately am too late to file a complaint through the EEOC, but I’m thinking if enough of us get together we may be able to fight.
I raised concerns about employees falsifying data. In response, my schedule wasn’t changed to allow me to be in important meetings with my peers due to “business needs” (however after I left the company, they transferred someone and instantly they were put on the hours/schedule I requested), I was literally screamed at during meetings with no backup from management, I was turned down for a promotion I interviewed for, I had to fight tooth and nail to get my owed bonus, I had to go to therapy from the stress caused from my job at Nielsen. etc, etc.
I now know I was retaliated against and believe I have legal grounds to sue. It would only be possible as a class action lawsuit though, so I am curious if others have similar experiences.
If you (after raising concerns to management/HR)
- were denied schedule request changed
- not included for meetings
- passed over for promotions
- have unpaid wages
- had mental distress
Please respond. I may be able to make anonymous email and start putting together stories and go to an employment lawyer.
