It is the cheapest way to terminated the employee by outsource it to coforge and avoid paying severance and benefit.

There won't be any terminations with favourable severance anymore. They will "fire you to coforge" as a "crucial asset" and you will leave on your own. We will be remembering layoffs as "good times" that are gone now... :-)
