Thread regarding Diebold Nixdorf layoffs

DN 2025 RIF in progress

Oddly enough by doing it in silo, they don’t have to file WARN…very convenient.

Layoffs last April. Followed by rehires of techs laid off along with new hires. Followed by layoffs again this April. Again giving the reduction in workforce excuse. What is going on with this once good company.

After a mass firing large amounts of staff a few years ago, and Bankruptcy after, they appointed horrible managers after. They did no interviews amoung the staff looking to move up, nore did they open positions for others to compete, so all the field manager positions are locked up with id--ts at the helm sadly.

After Bankruptcy, they are still bleeding money. The old saying inside is they make the jobs to break them later. Usually the only safe positions were technicians but I heard 300 being laid off through out.
