Intel was a great company to work for, to be a part of and drive real changes to human lives. Now ..... There is no shame, no aspiration, no ambition, no drive, no motivation to fight back left within the BoD-ELT. They lost their way and are picking bones from the graveyard of this once wonderful American dream! What a disgusting way to declare loss and failure! I hope Intel goes thru a coup-of-starts and rise from the ashes!

@aj your mind is boggled because you don’t understand how corporations are structured.
Shareholders can remove board members.
Too bad your 5 shares won’t amount to anything.
You need to convince large shareholders to take action. Or perhaps a corporate raider like Broadcom.
I cannot for the life of me figure out why Intel has not fired some of these board members…..it is mind boggling.
Oh shut up please. We all know it. You are not adding any value just like attending a bunch of meetings without contributing anything
