The leaders are very good. Very good at blowing things up, pi----g everyone off, obliterating shareholder value and promoting incompetent individuals to senior roles under the cover of equality. bp is not a non-profit, nor is it a private company. It should start acting like a fiduciary before they are subject to a class action lawsuit.
