I'd recommend getting out of here as soon as you can. There are so many better options waiting for you out there. These leaders don't care about you at all.

The leaders are very good. Very good at blowing things up, pi----g everyone off, obliterating shareholder value and promoting incompetent individuals to senior roles under the cover of equality. bp is not a non-profit, nor is it a private company. It should start acting like a fiduciary before they are subject to a class action lawsuit.
How is the finance function at bpx?
Maybe work for a company that can afford to host a Christmas party for its employees.
