Dell is about to get hit with the lawsuit. They are trying to force people with disabilities back in the office. Can't wait to see how this one plays out. Forget their pathetic layoff package. We are gonna get much much more out of them for their legal practices.

This is the sad reality of DEI being removed. People forget that disabled access, Veterans, women, equal pay etc all fall under DEI
Man we need some of this stuff to hit the news
Dell needs to provide a suitable work environment to accommodate disabled workers. They do not need to allow them to work from home
Not wanting to return to the office will not be deemed a Disability. Nice try!
I can raise my hand on this point, having active issues with management to try get compromise as full time office involves public transport for me which my disability would not safely allow
This is like a class action lawsuit. Is this like one individual is the group of individuals curious minds wanna know.
