We can agree on ELT made bad decisions one after another, but the real issue is that we have way too many 30 year old VPs, directors, senior managers, and senior advisors. Think about it.

In some cases it may have been what you knew that had to be kept under wraps. Once it was “safe” you were let go. Ability has nothing to do with hush money
None of the people in charge...none of them...would be in charge of halo at a company valued over $18/share.
Apache is for losers.
The decision which will end Apache, is their decision to accelerate North Sea COP without a credible strategy for delivering decommissioning.
Age. Eh. Problem is. Id--ts run all the departments. Under qualified bozos and clowns.
The real issue is that upper management leadership style is “do as I say, not as I do”.
Real leadership would be taking a paycut and ownership for a decade of poor decision making. Upper management - get out of your crumbling ivory tower on the 8th floor (soon to be 20th) that no one has access to and actually lead by example.
They became managers so early they are not technically strong, how are they supposed to guide teams when they cannot provide any input or make meaningful contributions or suggestions? No wonder they cannot even influence TE, or Alaska partners. But the egos, they all think they are simply awesome, most of them got promoted because they are buddies of somebody or really good at kissing btts. And that is one of the reasons Apa is not a strong performer.
Yeah, let's have a young investment banker oversee Permian, Suriname and Land what could go wrong
Then get your popcorn ready and watch how the new Permian Resource Director drives the stock to $12 by year end.
That’s way lower on the issue list. Just my opinion I’m sure
