Any info on what is going on in ECS? So many changes with no communication. What’s happening?

I can only speak regarding Home and Community/Navihealth Preservice - this department’s culture took a turn for the worse. Some managers and Care Coordinators protect their position at all costs. Understandable but can you not be so obvious. Professional courtesy has been forgotten. We have entered the Squid Game era folks.
@vb+1jnfhr639 Please advise. In what ways you believe AbleTo and Refresh impact CAs and CMs? Do they not provide a complete different function and service?
ECS is still Optum's orginial Behavioral Health division supporting Care Advocate and Care Coordinator roles across the country. OBC has had so much growth with AbleTo and Refresh integrations this year, that ECS is now somewhat backseat

I’m one of those care coordinators, and I feel the same regarding the low queues consistently lately. Just feels eerie lately and like something is changing for the worse. I’m actively job seeking bc I’m so nervous about lay offs, even though I love my job so much. Su-ks.
For those working in home & community care in the SNF/IRF/LTAC care coordinator roles: can’t help but notice the low queues volumes and everyone fighting for a case to complete. Any intel? I feel a RIF coming on. Hope I am wrong and it is just low numbers this time of year.
What is ECS?
Didn’t they just have some let go? I don’t know anything, but I would presume they will restructure and then lay off some more?
What other changes under the original ECS? Preservice Home and Community/Navihealth is transitioning under ECS pillar. Preservice Home and Community/Navihealth already had lay offs 02/2025.
Didn’t ECS just grow?
Heard massive changes under way. RIFs and re- org. As usual stuff.
What part are you in?
