Why do you keep referring to them as ‘leaders’? My delivery leader BG clearly told me he will hand pick people to lay off to save his job and keep his Director in UK.
All the SME knowledge cannot be transferred to offshore people easily especially if you quiet quit...
it mainly impacted developers,but in Krk at least some managers were affected too.
