Hi, Sharing this post in hopes to raise awareness of employment practices happening at Figs Scrubwear to be taken as information for your awareness and protecting public from potentially getting involved with their harmful employment practices. They currently are in a practice of making false promises on job postings, hiring with misinformation, promising stakes in their company as they grow their brand then retracting it. They conduct silent layoffs and try to silence them when I found out from a family member it alarmed me. Layoffs conducted were in May 2024 and February 2025, that I know of there may be more and I am not sure the full counts but ask you to share if you know any more info. If you have any experiences to share on their practices and need a safe place please share, we need to have employees treated with RESPECT for their lives and do not deserve peoples lives to be treated with such lack of respect. Employment is a big responsibility to offer people and they should be treated with honesty and thought not without integrity and concern over how their practices impact peoples lives. For this to be a practice with a brand that in the health care industry is the most alarming of all as the amount of mental health issues they are causing is alarming with their treatment of staff.

Yup! I had friends that were laid off May 2024 and I was laid off this year in February. It's mind boggling to me how a company can claim they are serving a community and fail their own employees. The employees are overworked with no real raises and empty promises. All to be laid off and discarded like we didn't give our all to them. I'm glad i'm no longer associated with such company
