I’m hearing rumors that the month of February 2025 we did record numbers that haven’t been seen in years and we far surpassed budget by almost 10%! Can anyone confirm if there is any validity to this? Just wondering if I need to start looking for a new job or if things appear to be safe again.

Here we go again with the doom and gloom posts about layoffs. Unless you have concrete information to share, quit it with the posts. All you're accomplishing is creating anxiety for existing employees. While I am no fan of what happened last year, you're not helping matters. Could care less how many thumbs down I get for this post.

If the percentage was up, I'm sure we would def have gotten an email or better yet had a waste of time meeting "thanking" everyone for their hard work.. All you hear is crickets.. Like the other poster said, it's prob down 10% or more.. Just keep marking the days off your calendar because I'm sure another round of layoffs is coming...

It’s funny you mention this because we were advised by expat management to spin only positive news and withhold anything negative. My lips are sealed!
