Thread regarding NetApp layoffs

Every 1 point drop in the stock price

Means 100 layoffs. Is there any reason left to work for this company other than drinking the cool aid and being too lazy to look elsewhere .

It's embarrassing that a company has employees with such racists beliefs. Thatt comment actually got multiple thumbs up!

Cesar and Gabriel have to blame someone. Sorry ICs. It’s your fault. Adios!

Looks like the company is also loaded with entitled cr--kers.

What's that again? 13% of the population but half of all violent crime? Talk about entitlement. But wait, I guess "entitled cr--kers" are to blame for that too.

Older and well paid are actually valid financial reasons if you want to reduce overhead which most certainly is the case. It's also why innovation has ceased at NetApp.

A certain demographic could very easily have a class action lawsuit against NetApp. There’s a particular demographic that gets laid off at the highest rate. Older and usually paid well too.

Obviously an overpaid lazy employee who thinks that 5 x 100 is 2500 is typical and representative of the companies performance.

Easy to say for someone that's not white, male, and a senior citizen and not a member of any of the "protected" or "entitled" classes.

Working for a no revenue growth company means low workload and no pressure.
