Small RIF held at ASML San Diego on 2/24. I only personally know of a small number of ppl let go, This was quite a surprise given a stable and positive AEM held only a few weeks ago, not to mention an internal career fair held only 3 days earlier ? Also several OWEE (older worker early exit) letters were sent out as “optional” with the deadline looming of 3/14/25 to take the exit offer.

Wait until Friday for the outcome of those meetings.
Wilton has just has a D&E last minute meeting with all GLs calling in their teams. Bonus’s were higher than last year, maybe they’re anticipating pull back for 2025-2026-2027.
