Let’s not forget Onsemi lying about numbers to make quarter. Having employees changes hundreds of seeds from bad to good to lie on reports and then change the back to archive. Been doing it for the past two quarters that I know of if not longer at Onsemi Hudson site

That POS? I mean, don’t get me wrong. I think the box worked, but it looked like it was put together by a Tweaker. Might as well have been made out of duct, tape and cardboard.
Pretty sure the dude that developed the glitter seeds inspection tool was also the dude who developed the uv inspection box
Didn’t an engineer literally develop an inspection tool to find glitter seed defects because we knew they were bad?
When someone deceives someone else and there is an individual that witnesses and says nothing they to are in the wrong, but worse than that is someone who says nothing until they get laid off and then speak in hopes of bringing down those that are left, how I wish this were not an anonymous thread
Onsemi had a small group of individuals to change the grade of glitter seeds from a defective lot archive to a satisfactory one, creating a facade of positive performance. After the reports were produced, these individuals reverted the changes. This process was repeated quarterly.
If there is nothing illegal going on why was there a class action law suit filed???
Please don't write whatever comes to your mind. Company is not doing anything illegal. We're sorry that many of our friends lost their job and we pray for your well-being. But keep in mind that still almost 26000 people are employed by the company and they're doing the level best to survive in these tough times.
