I don't blame them for wanting to move manufacturing out of Massachusetts & California cost of living Is Highest here .
What makes them a corp Greedy/shady employer doing away with Anniversary rewards , but Ceo and higher ups had huge increases in Pay , record profits during Covid, Using a vaccine mandate to terminate your employers to reorganize after a Merger was this to avoid offering severance /bennifits ?
From what I seen all the other departments were forced to get a vaccine , I do not believe they enforced the manufacturing department to get it but they also did not advertise it or stop people from quitting from there reorganizing mandate the more people to quite was better for them as long as they had some overworked underpaid employers in manufacturing are pumping out wafers
