Tenure payout cap on severance

Anyone know the cap on tenure pay for those of us 20 year + folks that have been here way too long?

If you don't get into the office, you will get a warning and then they will fire you.

In the USA is a right-to-work state, meaning you can quit and they can fire you with no compensation.

In europe mostly 12 months aka 1 year salary payout.

And what is even sadder is you know it's not the end of the BS yet.

It will only get worse. It's a bottomless pit

6 month cap in the US. 2 months plus 1week / year. So anything over 18 years doesn’t matter.

MD will give you signed copy of his book if you retire sans tenure pay
