Sometimes I am simply amazed that NOV still has good employees who care about this company. Why? Because they are always the target of criticism for everything bad that happens in this company. Perhaps it's hopeless to expect that one day the leadership will finally stop blaming the employees and take responsibility for their own bad moves.

For decades the NOV way was to make sure that anyone trying to make change or point out stupidity was labelled a troublemaker. Sit down, shut up and do your job. Eventually, if you care you leave and the only people left are selfish a-holes.
