I will not do more than the bare minimum for the time being. I believe that there is currently a huge drop in productivity because nobody is so naive as to do their best while layoffs are looming above their heads?

Also the RTO has lowered productivity significantly due to wasted time commuting and distractions at office.
A number of things are "on hold" while TK etc. decide what work will continue and what won't. You could be working on a project that gets cancelled. Why put a lot into it until you know the status?
