Now retired and worked for 41 years with them needless to say I have seen good & bad times, and not all were roses. But Phillips had made me what I am today happy and retired, for this I say thank you

Just like any job, savings, investments and even religion. You only get what you put in to it.
Get u a phoenicks online degre and you to can get a grade 22 rlt carear.
There was a time when you could work from the very bottom and work your way up to the top. But now the higher you have in a degree you hove in collage, the higher you get in the company. Phillip 66 wasn’t the only one.
@245+1jn966629 should read "as an organization with a common goal and shared values, we had worked so hard and so long with so little, that we can do almost anything with absolutely with nothing"
At one time we had a saying “we had worked so hard and so long with so little, that we can do almost anything with absolutely with nothing.
Pretty sure Gogo authored this disinformation
Cool story bro
Welcome to 2025, where the past has almost zero bearing on the current state of the company
Also, the fact that it used to be a good place to work is a key contributor to the discontent
Nice PR stunt here . Go Go and ELT lost reality touch they are doing good service to shareholders nor employees . Whom are they s-cking up to big consulting firms . Go Go and majority of ELT should be fired . Anyways they have granted themselves bigger % bonus paychecks than we normal employees got . What did they deliver nothing . Not a great leadership or company. Fully support Eliot
Was and is are two different words. It is no longer a company that makes a great career.
Word of the day - WAS
U are in a Red Stare, so you are all Boot Lickers! Just like MEGA rednecks. Spineless
Up until McKinsey arrived on the scene I would have agreed with you. After that, the company identity and culture were willfully eroded day after day. We now find ourselves in a situation where bold leadership is needed - Frank Phillips style. Unfortunately, most of those type folks have exited the company.
Why isn’t current leadership shoring up support from the other shareholders and telling Elliot to look elsewhere for a fast buck.
