What's the IBP corporate bonus?

MDs email says all revenue and operating income Targets were met. Dividend increased by 18% - shouldn't all of this point towards a much better corp bonus?

Has Dell ever failed to pay out a 100% bonus year on year? Few other companies pay fat bonuses like Dell does.
