@1vk+1jn8fxnzz agree.but that's not the fault of IT employees but rather vp,SVP senior leadership for IT.

Believe it or not, some IT employees are actually double /triple jobbing nowadays performing duties that were once the roles of finance and office administrators . Rest of company do not realize how decimated IT teams have become running on skeleton crews.

"Same Insulting bonus for IT last year", ... what do you expect. It's our IT desire to keep old technology where every button and every small issue is familiar and possible to deal with. Obsolete processes and outdated legacy applications and systems have lead to decreased productivity, increased operational costs and reduced competiveness.

Merit pay that's too fun. The dum--ss's at the top can't run a company and they're making millions. Start looking for a new job if you want a brighter future. I have never seen incompetence at this level especially in a huge corporation. Dei is dead human resources runs the whole show. And just go talk to them they'll let you know ask your supervisor who runs the show. You can't cross them. They want cheap labor they willed out all the talent that they had or just push them away. The company won't last much longer

I’m hearing the merit increases will be close to nothing. You may or may not get something. If you do, it’s chump change. Company is going broke.

Just notified I'll be paid less than 15% of my variable pay for 2024. These are paid based on pergormancecreviews but managers are given a "budget" then rate employees to fit into their budget. Has nothing to do with your contributions or performance. I know, because I was a manager and received guidance from mgmt to do this. They essentially say to select a couple of the essential team members (favorites) to award the bulk of the budgeted variable, then shaft thd rest. Previous to last year, I generally got 80-100%+ of AIP variable (not in SALES).
The social contract had always been that the AIP variable was paid at or near 100% if you did your job to satisfactory level. Now "satisfactory" gets zero and will only higher performers get anything.

@1rc+1jn8fxnzz lost any faith in reporting any concerns to any upper management in this company.
I truly believe they all out for themselves.
They pass the buck with workloads, lack of transparency with outdated policies . Even hr don't advertise what employees are entitled to, you have to dig for everything in this place. When is the last
time head of hr showed her face on a town hall??
Place is full of incompetent managers who are rewarded day in/ day out. It's the old boys club !!

While employees receive almost no bonuses, our company is distributing thousands of RSUs to upper management. Check SEC filings. The issue is figuring out who employees should approach with their concern. Senior management is filling their pockets and no longer seems to care. With inflation soaring, it’s getting harder to manage.

Tiny, tiny, tiny bonus. Basically worthless. Absolute slap in the face. I would expect nothing for merit.

Are most people getting small or no bonuses? And what are folks hearing on merit?

@1f8+1jn8fxnzz , this is my exact position I was in last year. The meagre bonus was the complete change in my mindset and demotivation.

Decrease workforce, burn out those who are left and if they don't resign..give them a cr@ppy bonus. The insult alone, they hope you now walk...
It's the only logic I can think of.place has no morals

NICS cost reduction - what used to take four people is now a one man job. I come in early and stay late every day. The biggest slap in the face? A $250 bonus. After all my hard work, this is what they think I’m worth?

Congrats dude, maybe that’ll make up for the last 3 years of little to no raises/bonuses. The rest of us took well over that when we left the company lol.

NICS bonus basically nothing. Nice way to motivate the employees.

Lots of blames there in cs, the truth is, it is no one bad factor to ki-l this company but multiple very bad mistakes (acquisitions, toxic culture, bad leaders etc), it is in death spiral, nothing and nobody can help, it is a zombie company (feed by gov and investors but not real revenue). Game over.

Look at cs leadership id--t and count # of men versus women.get a grip and stop blaming women for your problems.fyi Arris had woman cio and IT dept was never better. Go figure...

Instead of putting sh---y woman in leadership role put qualified woman. Some of these woman managers always got a stick up their butt.

Ironically, no decorum and mo--nic go hand in hand with the vast majority of commscope employees so it’s no wonder they support him.

@130+1jn8fxnzz. Best leaders🤣🤣. They have no decorum or respect for anyone or anything unless it's about making money. The way zelensky was treated last week was disgusting behavior .bully boys at their worst!! rest of decent, civilized countries are now feeling sorry for you guys having utter mo--ns leading your country.

How dare you use statistics and facts to argue President Musk and his child who tells Trump to shush his mouth while on live TV may not have middle class America at the forefront of his thoughts. I thought for sure a man who touts an 80 hour workweek would want to see us all rich?

Read the news. Commerce Department, urged on of course by President Musk, is changing the rules of BEAD funding so that Starlink can get more funding and fiber broadband gets less. CommScope was counting on BEAD funds going predominantly to fiber and thus driving fast CCS growth. Now a lot of that money will end up in Elon's pocket to help pay him back for bankrolling the election. So I'm not sure that "thrive" is the right word for Commscope for the next four years.

@11n+1jn8fxnzz. Same Insulting bonus for IT last year. Now i suppose when hits engineers the penny has dropped how poorly employees are treated.

Welcome to the new world, of how little employees are valued. We are eating scraps while execs done on caviar.

It’s incredibly disheartening to go two consecutive years without a bonus. This year, the company added insult to injury by giving departing DAS employees and many in NICS a mere three-digit token bonus for normal employees. Their actions feel nothing short of cruel, while executives continue to rake in millions in stock and bonuses.

Dismantling the toxic government by, let’s see, firing tens of thousands of middle class working America, raising the debt ceiling by 4 trillion, repealing osha which was created with blood loss by blue collar Americans, and raising bank overdraft fees!

You are right, how could I not notice these things will mend America.

Our king is finally bringing jobs back to the U.S. the way it should be. Dismantling the toxic government. It’s about time someone competent took charge. The Commscope situation has completely turned around since the new administration took over.

Yeah, thriving, I’m sure. Importing things starting today at a new 25% higher premium.

I did not get below an hcp while at commscope. 2 of those years despite getting hcp I did not get a raise. I left a very high performer as did most of the other high performers. All that is left are upper management boot lickers.
Every day I look at linked in I see another id--t get promoted to director or senior xyz because the last skilled worker left.

This company died 6 years ago in the arris acquisition, and new management in the us will make sure the company is buried while the people you complain about most on here get 25% off on their income tax

CommScope is thriving under the new administration! The people complaining are probably the ones who never got raises because they didn’t earn them. Probably a low performer. If you’re just doing the bare minimum, no you don’t deserve raises.

All your hard work and pennies going to upper VPs greedy pockets, the rest staffs are just numbers / working ants counted days to be fire or thumb squeeze at anytime, this is a toxic culture company (not only cs), its prime time is over. Bad for the rest working in this toxic environment.

Was Pennies last year for some divisions.personally it was the total demotivating moment for me.i no longer go above and beyond for a company who repeatedly have layoffs, poor bonus, no overtime or time back but than the higher ranks on enormous salaries and bonus. It just makes me ill.
