I think in general a majority of our workforce does not avail leaves, work for extra hours and not apply for overtime, and does a lot of things in favour of the organisation, it was not forced on anyone but was voluntarily and it was an unwritten way of showing loyalty.. now a significant number of people are going to stop doing this, will avail almost every possible leave and stick to 9 hours and stop doing many favours. How this will unfold is going to interesting, projects will be delayed, some results will slow down and when the execs will finally realise this it will be a year into the disaster. Share your thoughts what do you think?!

She never understood why what, when, and where left out who.
i take every single minute of leave and do not work a minute over unless it is paid overtime. They get what they pay for and nothing more. I don't care what impression that gives. I'm not there to impress anyone because that kind of behaviour is a slipperry slope to expectations that are never rewarded. I work to live not live to work.
I started to work 8 to 5 and got bumped. They want you to work all hours of the day and weekends.
Anyone who doesn't take every last minute of their time is an absolute id--t. Never leave any benefits unused. Take all of your vacation time and use all of your personal wellness time.
When the company put me in a position where time over base was no longer allowed yet some OT was expected I made sure I took every vacation day, holiday, and personal time hour that I was told I had.

You give the execs that much credit?
She tilted her head back and let whip cream stream into her mouth.
This is insane, it will have a significant impact
