Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Fire Christy because we can’t afford to wait - and HR’s role has never been more important at Intel these days

Last time, I wrote that Christy Pambianchi’s latest decision to cut coffee and tea in all Intel offices would cost her career. That’s likely the case, and her days are numbered. But today, I’ve got more to say: Intel can’t afford to wait for her to leave. Our workplace culture is dying. In these days when we’re fighting for survival, we need a strong, stellar HR leader who can lift this ship. Christy’s lost the trust of employees worldwide, and it’s no wonder she’s avoiding the spotlight. We don’t have the luxury of an HR head who’s ducking into a bunker to save her own skin and dodge the workers’ justified anger. We need someone to work with MJ and Dave to save this company - God knows it all comes down to its people and ability to attract talent. Fire Christy in the next few days and hire someone else. HR’s role is critical right now. Don’t wait for a new CEO or for Christy to decide to quit.

@mj MJ, you know she’s been playing hooky to work on her OnlyF-ns. Cat’s out of the bag. Her profile was posted here last week.

She was spotted in the wild at AZ in a photo in Nagas email. First sighting of her in a long while since the CPM that left all the turds floating in the toilet still.

@op "ability to attract talent" Lmao. More like "ability to retain mediocre talent"

I guess the Board figures if only 15% are left after The Letting, it doesn’t even matter.
