So they can have at a ratio of at least one vp per engineer instead of 1/2 vp per engineer. Then get creative to pump and dump the stock so the vp's can get richer ripping off the stock holders, the same business plan Nic has used for years. But it will be hard to find new vp's having TB's high morals and DE's model airplane engineering degree and DL's lack of common sense in regards to preventing blowouts.

Do a 2-1 conversion so all the VPs end up watching each other's monitors via surveillance software before the end of the quarter.
