Thread regarding NetApp layoffs

10B in revenue-NOT! Since 2012 NTAP has been flat around the $6B number

I seriously think the board should seek a new CEO if they are looking to grow to $10B. George has been at NTAP 10 years and the revenue has been in the $5-$6B range. There will likely be layoffs but the problem isn't at the bottom-it's at the leadership level. They are not producing and the numbers show it, and the decisions being made are not moving the needle.

NetApp's SVP of Sales Operations, Gabriel is a joke, total disaster for NetApp. he needs to go... who hired him.. oh.. Cesar.. he needs to go.. both are in Spain most of the time ... who allowed this arrangement ?
who hired Cesar... George ... he needs to go... :)) 10 years as a CEO and revenue still at $6B (30% down ... should have been $8.4B inflation adjusted). all of them need to go!!

Regarding the EPS and George's performance. The $6B in 2015 would be $8B in today's dollars.

Why the he-l were there 900 people in that sales call? I bet less than half actually sell anything.

EPS can be attained by many factors. Stock buy backs, cost reduction, and other items. Keep in mind that if revenue is not growing, neither is a company. GK needs to go. Harv needs to go, Joyti needs to go, Srivats needs to go. In talking to the two latter, there is nothing impressive about them.

What happened being laser focus and keeping everything constant. The trouble with this company they go on with good momentum then leaderships will find way to create road blocks. Specifically with attainable goals and not paying their sales reps.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out that Netapp EPS is growing year after year. So yes, although GK was not able to produce top line he was able to bring in significant cash to the company

Please help me understand, how is GK doing it?
That is 6B in revenue for years, but stock price goes up? What's the trick or magic?

By the way, President Cesar travels all over the globe but is he helping with Sales or more concerned with selfies?

It kind of feels like they're prepping Beth for the role given she seems to have half the company under her now.
