RSUs being shredded

I've held on to get my RSUs but now they're tanking to zero and the bonus is garbage.

That's if you choose the "sell to cover" option at vesting, You can opt to not cover and take on the responsibility yourself, whatever tax strategy works best for you. For many, not covering will place you in a higher tax bracket.

They have not even announced the company modifier let alone given out compensation statements. So you are a troll if you are claiming your bonus is trash when you cannot even know what it is yet

Let's be correct here please - they are NOT FREE. Check your W2. A percentage was added to your W2 and you paid tax on them already!

Yes. I will cash them immediately. There are MUCH better returns elsewhere than holding onto Dell stock.

Your thinking is too short term. The stock going low right now is great for the RSUs you'll be granted this year. I had several years where mine were granted at $20-30 per and $50k grants. I cashed those last year at $160. Same is true now, unless you are cashing out and reinvesting, it makes no sense to cash right away for the sake of having the cash, it's free long term investment dollars.
